Your appointment time is reserved especially for you! As a solo esthetician my schedule is carefully planned to ensure every client receives the best care and attention. I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. NO CALL/NO SHOW appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. I understand that life happens and sincerely appreciate clients that show respect for my time. If you need to make changes, please contact me as soon as possible so I can offer your appointment time to another client. Thank you for appreciating my time and my business!
